How To Quickly Select and Delete Multiple Words at Once in MS Word : If you manually delete text one by one, it will be time consuming process. MS Word come with lot of features and shortcut keys, if you knew correct feature and shortcut keys of MS Word then you can work faster and smarter. In this article I will shows you how to select and delete multiple word at once, there would be two methods to do this.
Method-1: Hold the “Alt” key and select the text by using Mouse cursor, after the text selected press “Delete” button. But this method only work selecting horizontal text with same text length. For deleting multiple word from entire word document, follow the next method.
Method-2: Press “Ctrl+H” in Find what type your deleting word for example “Need”, in Replace with don’t type anything, now click on “Replace All”, this will delete the given word from entire word document.
