How to Print PowerPoint Slides Without Slide Background 2025 : PowerPoint is a powerful app of Microsoft Office to create slideshows, however sometime we need to take a printout of PowerPoint slides, unfortunately there is no straightforward way to hide slide background design while taking print.
In this article I will shows you how to print PowerPoint slide without background design, there are various method user used to apply slide background such as Design, Format Background or simply pasting the image as slide background.
For different slide background there are different way to hide or remove background while taking printout, follow the below methods.
Method-1: Go to print and click on “Color” select “Grayscale” or “Pure Black & White”. This will print slide without background.
Method-2: If you applied background from “Design” then select the plain “Office Theme” and apply to all and print, after printout you can undo to reapply the design.
Method-3: If you applied background from Format Background then go to “Format Background” select “Solid Fill” choose the “White Background” and apply to all, after printout you can undo or reapply the background.
