How to Directly Import PDF Data File to MS Excel without using App : In the latest version of Microsoft Excel starting from Excel 2016 and Microsoft 365 there is a built-in option to get pdf data to excel sheet.  This method allows you to transfer static pdf data into dynamic excel sheet, you can easily edit, analyse and do any changes effectively.  In this article I will shows you how to directly important PDF data into Microsoft Excel.

1.Open excel sheet, click on “Data”“Get Data”“From File” now select “From Data”, a dialogue box will open select the pdf file and then click on “Import”.

2. Your pdf file will be shows with all pages, if you want you can import all pages or select the particular page which you want to import then click on “Transform Data”, here you can do some editing if everything ok then simply click on “Close & Load”.

3.  You can edit data as per your reequipments. If you want to clear text formatting, then click on “Home” “Clear Formats”.
